Moving day

Your moving day team leader will talk you through the day and liaise with you as regards your preferences and needs. He’ll tell you when to unpack your fridge before it goes onto the back of the truck. He’s the guy who’ll check that nothing is left behind when the truck is loaded. When the day is over, your team leader will finalise any outstanding paperwork with you.

Your removal and transit insurance

We highly recommend that you take out insurance for loss or damage of your items during the moving process. Our blanket coverage is only for major catastrophe such as collision, fire or major peril whilst being transported on our vehicles. Check with your current home policy to see if it extends to removal cover.
