Our friendly Team Members will ensure that your initial removal, packing or storage consultation is handled in a professional manner. You will talk to a team member who understands your moving needs and who will give you an informed understanding of what the move is likely to cost, how long it may take and how you can control the cost and save money. It could be that you may need an extra removalist because of an oversized item like a piano, we will talk you though the move day process to make sure you have a stress free experience.Your informative and comprehensive initial consultation is aimed specifically at giving you the peace of mind of knowing what to expect.
Your removal team
Our teams of trained and professional, uniformed removalists aim to make your moving day pass with ease. As well as being competent furniture removalists our teams are courteous, helpful and polite. We operate a fleet of expertly maintained specialist furniture removal vehicles.
Your moving day team will talk you through the day and liaise with you as regards your preferences and needs. They will tell you when to unpack your fridge before it goes onto the back of the truck. They will check that nothing is left behind with you beside them once the truck is loaded. When the day is over, your team leader will finalise any outstanding paperwork with you. The team will call back to office to finalise any payments that need to be made.
Your removal and transit insurance
We highly recommend that you take out insurance for loss or damage of your items during the moving process. Our blanket coverage is only for major catastrophe such as collision, fire or major peril whilst being transported on our vehicles. Check with your current home policy to see if it extends to removal cover. We do self insure for minor damage to walls, doors and floors and will either repair these on the day or come back with the correct materials to fix them up if they are minor. Unfortunately on occasions small marks and scuffs on walls door ways and floors cant be helped especially with large bulky items going through tight doors and spaces.
